Silent Scope GBA

Based on the original 1999 arcade machine Silent Scope casts the player as a crack member of a sniper SWAT team. Armed with a rifle and telescopic sight the player is charged with countering terrorist activity by picking off the terrorists within a series of siege situations. To this end the player scans the landscape in search of terrorist targets before zooming in using the telescopic mode and picking them off. Each stage is set within a strict time limit and accuracy is everything. The terrorists will also return fire if shot at and care must be taken not to hit civilians caught up in these fraught situations. Silent Scope also throws up a series of larger adversaries as the terrorist faction leaders try to escape in helicopters and vehicles with the player attempting to pick them off as they veer wildly across the screen.
