Friday is a hilarious look at a day in the life of two friends growing up in the 'hood' in urban Los Angeles. Featuring an all-star cast Friday stars rapper/actor Ice Cube in this outrageous story of the pitfalls of growing up in South Central Los Angeles. 22 year old Craig Jones has just been fired from his job at the shoe store and on top of that his parents are threatening to kick him out of the house. Meanwhile Craig has his eye on Debbie a beautiful fitness instructor but his insanely jealous girlfriend Joi is standing in the way. To make matters worse Craig's best friend Smokey is in the midst of a shady drug deal gone sour.
