Somalia October 1993. Stationed outside the capital Mogadishu a group of U.S. Special Forces are present as part of a United Nations peace keeping force. Food supplies and aid for the starving population are often seized by the army of ruling warlord Mohammad Farrah Aidid who has proved elusive to the U.S forces.
