Creeping Chaos: 1984-1986 The president of public transport in Cologne is in dire need of help. The city is in chaos due to badly run public transport, and you are the only one who can help. Leipzig The Culture Capital: 1920-1923 Leipzig is fast becoming one of the center for musical and theater productions. Yong actors and actresses are pouring in from all over Germany and the city population is rapidly increasing. Leipzig doesn't have any public transport at the moment, but that's about to change!
